- Community replies, comments and direct messages in Vijay’s voice.
- Weekly reporting on reach, followers, saves and newsletter sign-ups.

- You have grown a personal brand or creator account and can show the numbers.
- You write sharp, plain English hooks.
- You know what works on each platform this month, not last year.
Short-Form Video Editor+
Turn long recordings into short videos people stop scrolling for: Reels, Shorts and TikToks with captions, pace and story.
What you will own
- Cutting 5 to 10 short videos a week from talks, podcasts and filmed sessions.
- Captions, B-roll, sound and on-brand graphics in gold and ink.
- Testing hooks and lengths, and learning from the results.
- A tidy library of footage and finished clips.
You will thrive if
- You have a portfolio of short-form edits with real view counts.
- You can find the 30 seconds that matter in a 60-minute talk.
- You work fast and hit every deadline.
Podcast and Long-Form Video Producer+
Produce Vijay’s long-form content, from podcast guest appearances to YouTube episodes and masterclass recordings.
What you will own
- Pitching and booking Vijay on relevant podcasts.
- Research, briefs and guest preparation for every recording.
- Editing and publishing long-form episodes on YouTube.
- Feeding the best moments to the short-form editor.

Copywriter and Ghostwriter+
Write in Vijay’s voice: the Thursday newsletter, LinkedIn posts and articles, landing pages and support for the book.

- Drafting the weekly Thrive Weekly newsletter from Vijay’s ideas and stories.
- LinkedIn posts and long-form articles.
- Email sequences and website copy.
- Research and first drafts for book chapters.

- You can capture another person’s voice so well they forget they did not write it.

Speaker Booking and Events Manager+
Fill Vijay’s calendar with the right stages: conference keynotes, executive retreats, leadership offsites and fireside chats.
What you will own
- Building a pipeline of conferences, associations and corporate events.
- Speaker bureau relationships and applications to speak.
- Proposals, contracts, travel and event-day logistics.
- Collecting video, testimonials and referrals after every talk.
You will thrive if
- You have booked speakers or sold conference sponsorship or speaking.
- You are comfortable picking up the phone and following up until it is a yes or a no.
- You run events with calm, detailed plans.
Book Launch and Publishing Manager+

- The publishing plan, timeline and suppliers: editors, designers and printers.

- Booking, onboarding and scheduling for one-to-one and group coaching.
- Client check-ins, progress tracking and renewals.
- Running group coaching sessions behind the scenes.
- Gathering results and stories from clients, with their permission.

Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)+
Run the engine behind the brand: HubSpot, email, landing pages and the journey from first visit to diagnostic call.
What you will own
- HubSpot workflows, lists, forms and email nurture sequences.
- Sending the weekly newsletter and keeping the list healthy.
- Landing pages and tracking on the WordPress website.
- A simple weekly dashboard of leads, calls booked and revenue.
You will thrive if
- You are fluent in HubSpot, and ideally Stripe and WordPress too.
- You love clean data and simple systems.
- You can explain a funnel to someone who has never seen one.
Executive Assistant and Operations Lead+
Be Vijay’s right hand. Protect his time, run the operating rhythm and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you will own
- Diary, inbox and travel management across time zones.
- The weekly team plan, review and follow-ups.
- Projects that cross social, speaking, book and coaching.
- Suppliers, invoices and simple processes that scale.
