Take the Life Assessment

I recommend it. You do not have to do it. It is multiple choice and takes about 15 minutes, and most people finish in around 12. It gives me more data before we speak, so we get further on the call.

On the call

Leave with a plan

We find where you are most committed to growing, get to the root of what is holding you back, and agree a plan to move forward.

What happens on the call

A diagnosis, not a chat.

  1. Find where you want to growWe identify where you are most committed to growing in the next 90 days. Not everywhere at once. The 1 or 2 areas of your life that matter most to you.
  2. Uncover what is holding you backEvery block comes from one of 4 places: no clarity on what matters, a mindset that runs you into the ground, a working week eating everything, or good intentions with no rhythm. We find yours.
  3. Create your planA plan to move forward with clarity and peace, starting with the first actions you take this week. You leave with it written down.
  4. Explore coachingHow coaching could 10x your progress, for you or your team, and whether it is right for you. If I believe it will help, and we are a good fit, we agree how to go forward.

What you walk away with

Real moves. Immediate impact.

Every call ends with a plan built around you, not a generic list. These are the kind of first moves people leave with. Small on paper. Big in a week.

Routines
A hard stop to the working day

A 10-minute shutdown ritual: 3 wins, tomorrow’s top 3, laptop closed. Evenings come back within days.

Productivity
The 3 Must-Wins

Three outcomes a day, blocked in the calendar before email opens. Most executives get a full day back in the first week.

Clarity
One non-negotiable per area

Write down the single thing your health, your partner and your family need this quarter. Now every yes at work is a decision, not a default.

Mindset
A 3-minute state shift

Breath, posture, one question. A way to go from reactive to calm before the next meeting, not after the weekend.

Routines
The weekly connection ritual

One deep conversation, one meal with the people you love, one thing booked 4 weeks out. The loneliness at the top starts to lift.

Productivity
One “no” this week

We find the meeting, project or favour that is costing you the most and script the no. You say it. You feel the difference immediately.

Yours will be different. The point is not the list. The point is that you leave with the moves that fit you, and that you do them.

Is this for you?

Who this is for, and who it is not.

Book the call if

  • You are senior, successful, and privately running on empty.
  • You know something is uneven, and you want to find out exactly where.
  • You want to be told the truth about where your life is uneven, and what to do about it.
  • You will act on the plan. Not think about it. Do it.

Do not book if

  • You are not ready to change anything yet.
  • You want a sounding board rather than a diagnosis.
  • You are looking for a quick fix that asks nothing of you.
  • You are already thriving in every area of your life. Enjoy it.

Who you are talking to

I am a husband, a father, and an entrepreneur who built 3 market-leading businesses. In the first part of my career, I chased financial stability and then massive material success. The consequence was living in a cycle of overwork and overwhelm, and sacrificing my personal life. Pushing through soon became part of my identity, and I felt restless whenever I wasn’t working. This affected my health, my relationships and my peace.

My definition of success was: work hard now, enjoy later. After my second exit, in 2012, I retired. I was financially free, with a beautiful lifestyle, looking forward to the freedom and a chance to enjoy the fruits of my labour. But after 3 months I felt empty, and after another 3 I fell into a depression. I had worked so hard that I had tied my identity to success and to having the trappings of success.

I spent the next 2 years predominantly dedicated to breathwork, meditation and reflection, and realised I didn’t want to quash my ambition, nor did I want to overwork. I wanted to find a third way of excelling at work and thriving in life, so I set about designing a system to achieve that. That is how the Flywheel of Fulfilment Framework™ was born. Over the last 12 years, I have battle-tested, refined and proven that framework on myself, during which time I launched another business, which became the market leader in its first year, but this time I thrived at work and in life. I recently exited that business to pursue my deep purpose: to help high achievers avoid the traps I fell into.

I have done this diagnosis with senior executives from Microsoft, Google, IBM, Disney and Deloitte. The pattern is nearly always the same. Successful on paper, exhausted in private, and one area of life quietly paying for all the others. 45 minutes is enough to find it.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this a sales call?

It is a diagnostic you are paying for, so it has to earn its keep on its own. You will leave with a plan whether we ever speak again or not. If one-to-one coaching with me is the right next step for you, I will say so, and you decide. If it is not, I will say that too.

Do I need to do the Life Assessment first?

No. It is optional. I recommend it, because it gives me more data and we start from your number, not your mood on the day. It is multiple choice, takes about 15 minutes, and most people finish in around 12. If you skip it, we work from the conversation and you still leave with a plan.

What if my score is low?

Then you are in the right place. A low number is not a verdict, it is a map. Most people I speak to score between 50 and 70 and have never had anyone show them why.

How long is the call, where, and what does it cost?

45 minutes, on video, $99. You pick the slot. If you have done the Life Assessment, have your report open. Either way, bring something to write with.

Why charge $99?

3 reasons.

First, it is a real commitment on your side, and commitment is what makes a plan stick.

Second, you are getting an expert. I created this system and have battle-tested and refined it over 12 years. It has 46 tools that work, and it takes overworked, overwhelmed, burnt-out high achievers to thriving at work and in life. I normally charge $1,250 for 45 minutes of my time.

Third, free calls get booked and forgotten. $99 is low enough that nobody has to think hard about it, and high enough that you turn up ready, with a pen in your hand. That is the difference between a chat and a diagnosis.

What happens after?

You act on your plan. I follow up in a week to see what shifted. If you want to go further, we talk about coaching. If not, that is it.
